COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Process Control GRAVITROL parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Queensgate products, including obsoleted and phased-out Rattm-Motor parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Proface product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Queensgate such as the DPTCL spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the TRH20 manufactured by Rattm-Motor and we are pleased to be able to service most Rattm-Motor systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature GP2500SC4124 by Manufacturer Proface as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Radio-Energie Brand RPY444R1CB in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Ransburg-Gema such as A761 equipment made by Ransburg-Gema have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ransburg-Gema products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ransburg-Gema" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available KAS40A14NKPTFE100 made by Rechner as well as the popular FLBX1512S000C01 original spares produced by Quick Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the D7739 by Rdp-Electronics and A761 spares by Ransburg-Gema are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original DF6507649 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Rapistan. |
