COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Process Control Corp 40153U parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Ramsey products, including obsoleted and phased-out Pzt-servo parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Prosilica product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Ramsey such as the USP1 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the LVPZTAMPLIFIER manufactured by Pzt-servo and we are pleased to be able to service most Pzt-servo systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature EC650 by Manufacturer Prosilica as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Quantai-Systems-Inc Brand IPS30CQ in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Pro-face such as PFXPP182BA13K20N00 equipment made by Pro-face have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Pro-face products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Pro-face" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available AGP3310HT1D24REDAGP3000HADPCOM01 made by Pro-face as well as the popular PFXSP5B10 original spares produced by Proface Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 298007003 by Pro-face and PFXPP182BA13K20N00 spares by Pro-face are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original FLTCON3 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Progressive-Automations. |
