COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Pro Face GP7W2-BG41-24V parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Pro-face products, including obsoleted and phased-out Prosoft parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Puls product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Pro-face such as the GP4104G1D spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 5105DFCMPDPS manufactured by Prosoft and we are pleased to be able to service most Prosoft systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature QT40242 by Manufacturer Puls as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Prosoft Brand MVI56MNET in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Quick such as FLBX4012S000C01 equipment made by Quick have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Quick products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Quick" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available GP77REG4124 made by Pro-face as well as the popular MVI56MBP original spares produced by Prosoft Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the FGBT14030120T00 by Quick and FLBX4012S000C01 spares by Quick are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 107539 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Proteam. |
