COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Precise Automation G2SE-MA-C2420 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Progressive-Automations products, including obsoleted and phased-out Prm-Inc. parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Prolog product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Progressive-Automations such as the FLT11 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PTYDK322040WCX manufactured by Prm-Inc. and we are pleased to be able to service most Prm-Inc. systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature VGA by Manufacturer Prolog as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Progressive-Automations Brand PA78850 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Promess such as DSM411320R961AA equipment made by Promess have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Promess products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Promess" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available PA0420400 made by Progressive-Automations as well as the popular 4054250301a original spares produced by Process-Control Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the VCM by Promicon and DSM411320R961AA spares by Promess are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original FLBX3012SLV0C01 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Quick. |
