COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Praxis Automation 98.6.021.600 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Qualitrol products, including obsoleted and phased-out Racine-Hydraulics--Machinery-Inc parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Promess product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Qualitrol such as the DFRO spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PVT manufactured by Racine-Hydraulics--Machinery-Inc and we are pleased to be able to service most Racine-Hydraulics--Machinery-Inc systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature AKM62EANAN70 by Manufacturer Promess as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Pyromation Brand KK11C850308F3034 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Pulsteknik-Ab,-Iro-Ipf such as 6205 equipment made by Pulsteknik-Ab,-Iro-Ipf have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Pulsteknik-Ab,-Iro-Ipf products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Pulsteknik-Ab,-Iro-Ipf" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available GP77SC1124V made by Pro-face as well as the popular M20003 original spares produced by Pressurements Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the E204460 by Qualitrol and 6205 spares by Pulsteknik-Ab,-Iro-Ipf are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 318003402 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Pro-face. |
