COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Power Electronics M1046CXR parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Modicon products, including obsoleted and phased-out Parker parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Siemens product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Modicon such as the MMPM15402 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PVP4136BR210 manufactured by Parker and we are pleased to be able to service most Parker systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature S42024D3725A1 by Manufacturer Siemens as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Rexroth Brand R911290049 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Matsushita such as MSM012A1FT equipment made by Matsushita have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Matsushita products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Matsushita" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available PAD3RSE300315099082SIEMENS made by Siemens as well as the popular MH450BF14 original spares produced by Ac-Technology Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MC47SR201200X by Omron and MSM012A1FT spares by Matsushita are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MPLA330PMJ22AA Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Allen-bradley. |
