COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Power Electronics 102P1129F parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Reliance products, including obsoleted and phased-out Remy-Electric-Motors parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Saftronics product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Reliance such as the FLEXPAKPUS spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the HVH250 manufactured by Remy-Electric-Motors and we are pleased to be able to service most Remy-Electric-Motors systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PC1040029 by Manufacturer Saftronics as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Reliance Brand AC030AADBU300ER4060 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Reliance such as 6V41034TA equipment made by Reliance have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Reliance products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Reliance" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available DHT830S made by Promac as well as the popular G3CIMRG3S40152025HP original spares produced by Saftronics Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SPA1 by Renishaw and 6V41034TA spares by Reliance are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 65AA030VXR03 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Sankyo. |
