COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Power Drive 2AK114-1-3/16 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Rhp products, including obsoleted and phased-out Rbc parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Renold product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Rhp such as the 22216EKJW33C3 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the Y112 manufactured by Rbc and we are pleased to be able to service most Rbc systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 62560400001 by Manufacturer Renold as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Sew Brand SA47DRS71M4ES7S in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Sew such as RF60LP145 equipment made by Sew have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Sew products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Sew" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 601RIV made by Renold as well as the popular OLDAE76N20B830 original spares produced by Reuland Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SLBP821K750 by Rexnord and RF60LP145 spares by Sew are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 34182WY Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Reliance. |
