COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Pneumatic Products EA.106-03 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Power/mation products, including obsoleted and phased-out Rosemount parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Proportion-Air product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Power/mation such as the 230CPU spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 4001350 manufactured by Rosemount and we are pleased to be able to service most Rosemount systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature BB1MFEE060 by Manufacturer Proportion-Air as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Schlumberger Brand AG2HAO in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Scientific-Technologies such as MG46SR30870A1FD2 equipment made by Scientific-Technologies have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Scientific-Technologies products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Scientific-Technologies" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available RLH3525K made by Rice-Lake as well as the popular DSDIE75S original spares produced by Roland Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the AE360E3HD by Rotech-Systems and MG46SR30870A1FD2 spares by Scientific-Technologies are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 0068C21C30N095 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Rosemount. |
