COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Plasma Treat GSS9801 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Process-Technology products, including obsoleted and phased-out Proface parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Precision-Quincy product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Process-Technology such as the 3F124293P2 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the HTK70M manufactured by Proface and we are pleased to be able to service most Proface systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature XPN12209 by Manufacturer Precision-Quincy as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Pro-face Brand PS711AT4124V in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Port such as CMA12CCCL equipment made by Port have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Port products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Port" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 070880VWR made by Polyscience as well as the popular A0014425AA original spares produced by Prestolite-Leece-neville Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PA742000 by Progressive-Automations and CMA12CCCL spares by Port are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original APL3000BACD2G2P Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Pro-face. |
