COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Pillar Corp AB5738-4 (-) 120 VT (-) parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Entek products, including obsoleted and phased-out Yew parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Nec product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Entek such as the C6688 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the B9253HQ01 manufactured by Yew and we are pleased to be able to service most Yew systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature C526 by Manufacturer Nec as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Yaskawa Brand CIMRG5M4045 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Modicon such as AS521P111 equipment made by Modicon have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Modicon products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Modicon" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available C500ID218 made by Omron as well as the popular C1024903 original spares produced by Control-Engineering Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the ACCURA9 by Iwashita-Engineering and AS521P111 spares by Modicon are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original C540SC540S Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Melec. |
