COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Pi Nexact Physik Instruments E-861.1A1 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Proface products, including obsoleted and phased-out Port parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Proface product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Proface such as the GP70SC2124VP spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the TRA12CC manufactured by Port and we are pleased to be able to service most Port systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature GP7W3BG4124V by Manufacturer Proface as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Pmi Brand U12M4 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Pillar such as CB63397C equipment made by Pillar have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Pillar products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Pillar" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 1218502 made by Pneumatic as well as the popular AGP3300HS1D24YELKEY original spares produced by Pro-face Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 18420001 by Portescap and CB63397C spares by Pillar are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MFN25CC Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Port. |
