COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Perkin Elmer MVS-2020 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Phd-Inc products, including obsoleted and phased-out Samsomatic parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Reliance product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Phd-Inc such as the PAS2R5ASTASW2 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 9LH81292 manufactured by Samsomatic and we are pleased to be able to service most Samsomatic systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 42853 by Manufacturer Reliance as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Roland Brand DSDIE75S in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Rosemount such as 0115100110042 equipment made by Rosemount have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Rosemount products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Rosemount" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available RLH3525K made by Rice-Lake as well as the popular AE360E3HD original spares produced by Rotech-Systems Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the BB1MFEE060 by Proportion-Air and 0115100110042 spares by Rosemount are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 482A06 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Piezotronics. |
