COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Peeless Winsmith / General Electric DMP56ZPF4 / G-4099 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Eurodrive products, including obsoleted and phased-out Singer-(-Keafott-) parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Baldor product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Eurodrive such as the DFV100L4 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CV20304002 manufactured by Singer-(-Keafott-) and we are pleased to be able to service most Singer-(-Keafott-) systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature CDP3320 by Manufacturer Baldor as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Baldor Brand CDP3450 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Industrial-Indexing-Systems such as DBMD80030RB1 equipment made by Industrial-Indexing-Systems have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Industrial-Indexing-Systems products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Industrial-Indexing-Systems" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available C42D17FK7D made by Leeson-Electric-Co as well as the popular DDS021A100D original spares produced by Indramat Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the D482313X7153 by Ohio-Motor and DBMD80030RB1 spares by Industrial-Indexing-Systems are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original C42D28FC1A Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Leeson. |
