COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Pcb Piezotronic 353B04 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Phd products, including obsoleted and phased-out Pepperl parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Pepperl product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Phd such as the ML311492 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 307487100082 manufactured by Pepperl and we are pleased to be able to service most Pepperl systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MLV408H65 by Manufacturer Pepperl as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Phd Brand R32R4180DET in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Perle-Systems such as 27083264 equipment made by Perle-Systems have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Perle-Systems products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Perle-Systems" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available EP148100C made by Phasetronics as well as the popular SFP6 original spares produced by Phd Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PROX1260 by Phoenixbios and 27083264 spares by Perle-Systems are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original GRC13126001 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Phd. |
