COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Pacific Scientific SRF5360-4985-84-5-82BC-CUFGS2754 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Nord products, including obsoleted and phased-out Baldor parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Yaskawa product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Nord such as the SK02040AZH71L4SK71L4CUS spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SD23H2A28E manufactured by Baldor and we are pleased to be able to service most Baldor systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SGMPH01ANAYR11 by Manufacturer Yaskawa as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Yaskawa Brand SGMP08AWYR12 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Ekstrom-Carlson such as SM2C78 equipment made by Ekstrom-Carlson have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ekstrom-Carlson products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ekstrom-Carlson" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available SGMP02AW16 made by Yaskawa as well as the popular SM2320D original spares produced by Animatics Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SD13LISW0356307K by Parvalux and SM2C78 spares by Ekstrom-Carlson are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SGMGH44DCA61 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Yaskawa. |
