COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Pacific Scientific R34KENP-R2-NS-NV-00 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Penguin-Pumps products, including obsoleted and phased-out Pacific-Scientific parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Baldor product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Penguin-Pumps such as the P34B spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the R33HENCR2NSNV00 manufactured by Pacific-Scientific and we are pleased to be able to service most Pacific-Scientific systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature Q176Y010M056L1 by Manufacturer Baldor as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Giddings--Lewis Brand NSM5647 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Marathon such as Q262B030M056K1 equipment made by Marathon have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Marathon products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Marathon" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available MTR124FDC made by Max as well as the popular P0513X2082V2 original spares produced by Grizzly Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the P50B04010DXS07 by Sanyo and Q262B030M056K1 spares by Marathon are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MVQ025 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Ghirri-Reducer. |
