COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Pacific Scientific PMB32C-00100-00 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Daido products, including obsoleted and phased-out North-American parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Kollmorgen product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Daido such as the MRJ010601A spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PE184T52 manufactured by North-American and we are pleased to be able to service most North-American systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MT308A1R1C1 by Manufacturer Kollmorgen as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Kuroda Brand PC1024ZLH6K1Z10 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Reliance such as P14H1448 equipment made by Reliance have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Reliance products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Reliance" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available MT30M4 made by Sem as well as the popular P14X7206 original spares produced by Reliance Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the P14G7530 by Reliance and P14H1448 spares by Reliance are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MSK100C0200NNM1AP0NNNN Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Rexroth. |
