COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Oriental Motor 5GK18K parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Power-Parts products, including obsoleted and phased-out Reliance parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Paxman-Diesel product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Power-Parts such as the SEA112411B spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 7687634A manufactured by Reliance and we are pleased to be able to service most Reliance systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 16Y3J26844 by Manufacturer Paxman-Diesel as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Pei-Gong Brand PMH50X1577 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Reuland such as B29B7B equipment made by Reuland have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Reuland products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Reuland" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available C2050BIV made by Rex as well as the popular SRF536049858482BCCU original spares produced by Pacific-Scientific Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 100A56560001 by Rexnord and B29B7B spares by Reuland are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original BK515602020 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer R+w. |
