COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Oriental Motor 2GA60KA parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Reuland products, including obsoleted and phased-out Reeves parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Peer product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Reuland such as the OLGNE16N5500 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the R378193001 manufactured by Reeves and we are pleased to be able to service most Reeves systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature C2082HP by Manufacturer Peer as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Phd Brand C47403440S in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Perma-tork such as C3P5350017 equipment made by Perma-tork have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Perma-tork products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Perma-tork" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available BL8234D made by Rex as well as the popular C67F67F original spares produced by Renbrandt Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MDX325186NA by Reliance and C3P5350017 spares by Perma-tork are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MR94762L1 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Reliance. |
