COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Opto Sigma 5622-LR parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Pacific-Scientific products, including obsoleted and phased-out Optosigma parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Ott1 product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Pacific-Scientific such as the R45HCNAR2NSVS00 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the TAS manufactured by Optosigma and we are pleased to be able to service most Optosigma systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 3Z2K0479 by Manufacturer Ott1 as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Oriental-Motor Brand PK244PDBP5C2 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Panasonic such as MFE0011B0MA equipment made by Panasonic have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Panasonic products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Panasonic" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available PK243B1ASG36C2 made by Oriental-Motor as well as the popular NEAB3036DS original spares produced by Oz-Gedney Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the STSL0404RRP100 by Pacific-Precision-Labs and MFE0011B0MA spares by Panasonic are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original CR402 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Parker. |
