COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Okuma E0105-566-0 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Mitsubishi products, including obsoleted and phased-out Hart parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Fag product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Mitsubishi such as the EPR9089 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the HIMHART2A024DC manufactured by Hart and we are pleased to be able to service most Hart systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature EMGZ140 by Manufacturer Fag as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Mitsubishi Brand GT1575VTBDampGT15J75QBUSL in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Advantech such as FPM5171GR3AE equipment made by Advantech have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Advantech products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Advantech" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available FFSMC100TE made by Honeywell as well as the popular ICC5000TPC1 original spares produced by Nematron Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the GP2300SC4124V by Proface and FPM5171GR3AE spares by Advantech are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original HISML17STAE Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Hope. |
