COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Ohkura Electric EC1103 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Grafikontrol products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ge parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Fanuc product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Grafikontrol such as the G91241 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the IC3600AVIA1L manufactured by Ge and we are pleased to be able to service most Ge systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature IC660EBD024E by Manufacturer Fanuc as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Fanuc Brand IC695CRU320ENIC695CRU320 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Rexroth such as HDS032W075NHA0101FW equipment made by Rexroth have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Rexroth products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Rexroth" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available FX6300 made by Control-Techniques as well as the popular F20CM5U original spares produced by Mitsubishi Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the IC698CPE010AA by Fanuc and HDS032W075NHA0101FW spares by Rexroth are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original FBC404C3S Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Fujitsu. |
