COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Novellus Systems 02-259457-00 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Numerik products, including obsoleted and phased-out Nsk parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Numatics product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Numerik such as the C00D spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the LH252555bn6K1pczz manufactured by Nsk and we are pleased to be able to service most Nsk systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature P2AK30A2JAAA0 by Manufacturer Numatics as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Okuma Brand A91129047191855025 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Okuma such as E4809045159B equipment made by Okuma have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Okuma products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Okuma" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available W2013 made by Nsk as well as the popular BLM75J20S original spares produced by Okuma Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the D2800D by Nwl-Transformers-Inc. and E4809045159B spares by Okuma are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original OPUS700 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Okuma. |
