COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the North American PE184TC-5-4 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Mts products, including obsoleted and phased-out Intek parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Mts product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Mts such as the MPM664R1433 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MPM8922179 manufactured by Intek and we are pleased to be able to service most Intek systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MPM664BTG6G1R by Manufacturer Mts as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Multilin Brand P4A120 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Iron-Horse such as MTC0153BD18 equipment made by Iron-Horse have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Iron-Horse products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Iron-Horse" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available MPM8922094 made by Mts as well as the popular MSMM030C0300NNC0CG0 original spares produced by Rexroth Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MR94662 by Baldor and MTC0153BD18 spares by Iron-Horse are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original P18G7400CB Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Reliance. |
