COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the North American Electric PEXP254T-15-2 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Nsk products, including obsoleted and phased-out Nsd parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Northstar product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Nsk such as the LY250880AL1B01P5Z3 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MREG160SS062FAL manufactured by Nsd and we are pleased to be able to service most Nsd systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature RIM85240E011LD by Manufacturer Northstar as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Nvent-Hoffman Brand 27194 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Nst such as LH20I equipment made by Nst have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Nst products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Nst" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available D7760 made by Ocean-Optics as well as the popular R1W2504305DC5Z original spares produced by Nsk Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the BPH1154N5RA2C01 by Num and LH20I spares by Nst are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SGLA36AT0600 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Nsk. |
