COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the North American Electric 2010B-0603RP01-13Q-2-055 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Reliance products, including obsoleted and phased-out Pa-Biodiesel parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Omron product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Reliance such as the 5PY59JY109 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PS120 manufactured by Pa-Biodiesel and we are pleased to be able to service most Pa-Biodiesel systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature H3CRF8100240VAC by Manufacturer Omron as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Omron Brand E3SCL2PhotoelectricSwitch in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Omron such as CV500CPU01EV1 equipment made by Omron have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Omron products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Omron" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available R88MU40030HAS1400W made by Omron as well as the popular EXA1D10C00B02 original spares produced by Nsk Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the S025V2F1111T30M12 by Parker and CV500CPU01EV1 spares by Omron are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original C200HCPU02CPUUnit Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Omron. |
