COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Nippon Future W2005-28 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Powergrip-Htd products, including obsoleted and phased-out Power-Jacks parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Precision product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Powergrip-Htd such as the 245014M85 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 350441M6W38 manufactured by Power-Jacks and we are pleased to be able to service most Power-Jacks systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 487706JA by Manufacturer Precision as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Regina Brand LW1873TK712 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Nsk such as 6826 equipment made by Nsk have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Nsk products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Nsk" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 164288 made by Nord as well as the popular 301075 original spares produced by Rawson-Control-Systems Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PS90007 by Parker and 6826 spares by Nsk are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original RNB25G09 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Ogura. |
