COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Niigata Mechatronics AP-DTP1 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Norbro products, including obsoleted and phased-out Nsk parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Northrop-Grumman-Corp product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Norbro such as the 25RDB401SD1E0D spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 9040004103 manufactured by Nsk and we are pleased to be able to service most Nsk systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 65901AT9B by Manufacturer Northrop-Grumman-Corp as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Norgren Brand WRM in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Nippon-Bearing such as TRF35GUU equipment made by Nippon-Bearing have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Nippon-Bearing products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Nippon-Bearing" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available LH30AN1 made by Nsk as well as the popular SMA original spares produced by Nippon-Bearing Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the LAH25EMD by Nsk and TRF35GUU spares by Nippon-Bearing are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original LY20 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Nsk. |
