COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Nematron Corp IWS1934 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Allen-bradley products, including obsoleted and phased-out Hoerbiger-Origa parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Heidenhain product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Allen-bradley such as the PLC540C spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the P126S22X72BM manufactured by Hoerbiger-Origa and we are pleased to be able to service most Hoerbiger-Origa systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature LC192F50NM by Manufacturer Heidenhain as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Sew-Eurodrive Brand KH67CM90MBRTFRH1MSB50 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Indramat such as MKD090B058GP1KN equipment made by Indramat have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Indramat products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Indramat" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available P10MPIAS made by Pilz as well as the popular MDS60A015050340T original spares produced by Sew-Eurodrive Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MC210 by Bachmann and MKD090B058GP1KN spares by Indramat are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original PA73005050N1 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Teco. |
