COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Neles Jamesbury VPJ10CQ parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Nord products, including obsoleted and phased-out Nikuni parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Nodka product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Nord such as the SK112MP spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 25CLX15U5 manufactured by Nikuni and we are pleased to be able to service most Nikuni systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PANEL5000IPM1502BTBZ2 by Manufacturer Nodka as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Nikon Brand MH15CC in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Nook such as EZM3025 equipment made by Nook have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Nook products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Nook" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available SEBS9WDUU2T1 made by Nippon-Bearing as well as the popular HA332668A original spares produced by Norcontrol-Automation Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the M700T24 by Nematron and EZM3025 spares by Nook are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SPWG Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Norgren. |
