COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Ndt International NDT-103D parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Honeywell products, including obsoleted and phased-out Det-Tronics parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Asco product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Honeywell such as the PROGENYRSX spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the R7494B5012 manufactured by Det-Tronics and we are pleased to be able to service most Det-Tronics systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature NPL8316A54V by Manufacturer Asco as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Actus-Power Brand NPSA15NN50 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Schneider such as PCE984255 equipment made by Schneider have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Schneider products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Schneider" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available R200S418NQBAEZZZZ made by Micro-Motion as well as the popular PH2930A original spares produced by Yokogawa Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the R25F05011000200 by Ircon and PCE984255 spares by Schneider are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original RIU10 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Square-D. |
