COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Ndh / Delco 5309 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Ortlinghaus products, including obsoleted and phased-out Nord parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Nexen product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Ortlinghaus such as the 1000911674409R4348V spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SK12F56C20 manufactured by Nord and we are pleased to be able to service most Nord systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 827800 by Manufacturer Nexen as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Neugardt Brand PLE80 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Overly-Hautz such as 213A2 equipment made by Overly-Hautz have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Overly-Hautz products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Overly-Hautz" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 6003LLBC3L627 made by Ntn as well as the popular 020T100672AJP original spares produced by Nok Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the C352564X0MM by Peerless and 213A2 spares by Overly-Hautz are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 1502093 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Peerless. |
