COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the National Instruments PC7342 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Nimih products, including obsoleted and phased-out North-American-Electric parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Norbro product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Nimih such as the HGW25HCH spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 3041B1504XP0024H000 manufactured by North-American-Electric and we are pleased to be able to service most North-American-Electric systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 10RDA401SD1E0C by Manufacturer Norbro as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Nematron Brand KBD2202002 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Oem such as T58022 equipment made by Oem have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Oem products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Oem" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available DOAL100FO made by Nerlite as well as the popular 90121100 original spares produced by Nord-Gear Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the IF5106F4H050B0 by Nematron and T58022 spares by Oem are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SK71L Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Nord. |
