COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the National Instruments 191329B-04 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Nemicon products, including obsoleted and phased-out Nopak parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Nikon product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Nemicon such as the OVW2252M spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 701098 manufactured by Nopak and we are pleased to be able to service most Nopak systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 4S6042012 by Manufacturer Nikon as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Nord Brand SK1282AFSH in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Nippon such as SGW equipment made by Nippon have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Nippon products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Nippon" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available LWHT35C1BHS2 made by Nippon-Thompson as well as the popular LU150200AL01P5217001 original spares produced by Nks Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 32510022 by Nord-Gear and SGW spares by Nippon are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 21B34F00 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Nordic. |
