COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the National Instrument 746501-01 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Niobrara-Rd products, including obsoleted and phased-out Nippon-Bearing parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Nelson-Electric-Mfg-Co product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Niobrara-Rd such as the MEBD spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SMK30GWUU manufactured by Nippon-Bearing and we are pleased to be able to service most Nippon-Bearing systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 1035BC315 by Manufacturer Nelson-Electric-Mfg-Co as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Nord Brand 34712602 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Nec such as VAP equipment made by Nec have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Nec products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Nec" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available SWF24GUU made by Nb as well as the popular NAATLB20HP480120N412 original spares produced by North-American-Electric Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the NPSAZMTA401AECE by Nikki-Denso and VAP spares by Nec are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original AB35011 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Neturen. |
