COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Motor Roller 1R6-055-284-UXXX parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Peerless products, including obsoleted and phased-out Marathon parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Siemens product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Peerless such as the 183180187 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 184TTFN16056 manufactured by Marathon and we are pleased to be able to service most Marathon systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 1FK70425AK711DH5 by Manufacturer Siemens as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Control-Techniques Brand 190UMA301CARAA in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Magna such as 183180636 equipment made by Magna have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Magna products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Magna" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 1326ABC2E11A7C5 made by Allen-Bradley as well as the popular 1FK1055AY811SH3Z original spares produced by Siemens Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 1AMNRV56GR11 by Gast and 183180636 spares by Magna are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 1326ADK2G31 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Allen-Bradley. |
