COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Mold Masters GAMMAFLUX parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Moore products, including obsoleted and phased-out Mti parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Morgan-National product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Moore such as the 363A21N1DDNAN spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 81349140 manufactured by Mti and we are pleased to be able to service most Mti systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 8413191 by Manufacturer Morgan-National as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Murr Brand 85099 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Ms-tech such as DCSpindleMotorDrive equipment made by Ms-tech have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ms-tech products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ms-tech" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available DCTM2333 made by Mts as well as the popular JANCDNTU30B2 original spares produced by Motoman Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the ALX22N by Motortronics and DCSpindleMotorDrive spares by Ms-tech are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 16249515 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Moore. |
