COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Midwest Brake 8765-HU-1FT-037.0F parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Harmonic-Drive products, including obsoleted and phased-out Fincor parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Nord product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Harmonic-Drive such as the 7830091160 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 50022999301609TN manufactured by Fincor and we are pleased to be able to service most Fincor systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 80LH4CUS by Manufacturer Nord as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Siemens Brand 6ES53103AB11 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Ge such as 5KS213BC105 equipment made by Ge have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ge products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ge" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 7454004402 made by Allen-Bradley as well as the popular 6WY59 original spares produced by Dayton Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 713302TEF by Perske and 5KS213BC105 spares by Ge are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 7AA90L06 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Mez. |
