COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Micro Industries 174227 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Mitsubishi products, including obsoleted and phased-out Misumi parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Mitsubishi product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Mitsubishi such as the A38HB spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the BSLM13 manufactured by Misumi and we are pleased to be able to service most Misumi systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature A1SJ51T64 by Manufacturer Mitsubishi as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Minarik Brand RG300UAPCM in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Micromatik such as 390M0225R03 equipment made by Micromatik have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Micromatik products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Micromatik" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available A63P made by Mitsubishi as well as the popular DS0405113SU original spares produced by Micromotion Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the NER011659810G by Microscan and 390M0225R03 spares by Micromatik are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MDFBBBT Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Mission-Darkness. |
