COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Metropolitan Lighting N9200 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Mitsubishi products, including obsoleted and phased-out Micromatic-Rotac parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Mitsubishi product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Mitsubishi such as the 42513U spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the LP241V manufactured by Micromatic-Rotac and we are pleased to be able to service most Micromatic-Rotac systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature A1S71C24R2 by Manufacturer Mitsubishi as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Micromotion Brand 2700R11EBUEZAZ in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Micropump such as 81094 equipment made by Micropump have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Micropump products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Micropump" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 6217100800 made by Mge-Ups-Systems as well as the popular MM201 original spares produced by Miniarik Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the V02432755 by Metso and 81094 spares by Micropump are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original JV65B1N025090000100N110 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Miller. |
