COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Metropolitan Lighting N6648-258B parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Misumi products, including obsoleted and phased-out Mic parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Micro product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Misumi such as the LS1004220E40PRC2 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MIC25 manufactured by Mic and we are pleased to be able to service most Mic systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MC100MA by Manufacturer Micro as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Misumi Brand RS306BC1 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Micromod such as 1801RZ10020A equipment made by Micromod have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Micromod products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Micromod" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 532093798 made by Metso-Automation-Ogura-Clutch as well as the popular N712BP original spares produced by Metropolitan-Lighting Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 00950B by Mitsubishi and 1801RZ10020A spares by Micromod are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 9800012001 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Microscan. |
