COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Metal Work 2120320010CN parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Metso products, including obsoleted and phased-out Micromotion parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Metso-Automation product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Metso such as the 2300SE463315407HVP45316051 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CMF025M009NC manufactured by Micromotion and we are pleased to be able to service most Micromotion systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PDP603 by Manufacturer Metso-Automation as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Micromotion Brand F025SR121SU in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Micos such as LS65 equipment made by Micos have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Micos products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Micos" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available InPro3100 made by Mettler-Toledo as well as the popular 70568 original spares produced by Metropolitan-Lighting Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the N686978 by Metropolitan-Lighting and LS65 spares by Micos are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original BETA2434025 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Misumi. |
