COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Melles Griot 11NCM005 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Micristar products, including obsoleted and phased-out Merlin-Gerin parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Micro-Switch product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Micristar such as the 828D1040300012000 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the NS630N manufactured by Merlin-Gerin and we are pleased to be able to service most Merlin-Gerin systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature HRP0030PA05JSR by Manufacturer Micro-Switch as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Micro Brand MC100MA in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Mettler-Toledo such as 542681440863 equipment made by Mettler-Toledo have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Mettler-Toledo products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Mettler-Toledo" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available RPS409A144 made by Migatron-Corp. as well as the popular MSNAE5510702 original spares produced by Metasys Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the N686978 by Metropolitan-Lighting and 542681440863 spares by Mettler-Toledo are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 200021007 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Milltronics. |
