COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Meggitt Safety Systems 110C1136 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Microsemi products, including obsoleted and phased-out Mesurex parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Microe-Systems product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Microsemi such as the LXMG16241261 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PAXCDC2KP manufactured by Mesurex and we are pleased to be able to service most Mesurex systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 52000790 by Manufacturer Microe-Systems as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Miller Brand H90R4B in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Metso-Automation-Ogura-Clutch such as 532093798 equipment made by Metso-Automation-Ogura-Clutch have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Metso-Automation-Ogura-Clutch products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Metso-Automation-Ogura-Clutch" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available N68778 made by Metropolitan-Lighting as well as the popular KPB1LC8DC9G1B63001 original spares produced by Micro-Syst Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the S100S128 by Micro-Motion and 532093798 spares by Metso-Automation-Ogura-Clutch are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original N679194 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Metropolitan-Lighting. |
