COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Mectrol Corporation E05-55:1 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Carlen products, including obsoleted and phased-out Siemens parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Ingersoll-Rand product line-up. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CDB011CSEENSENSNNNNNNS2SNNFW manufactured by Siemens and we are pleased to be able to service most Siemens systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature E1616N by Manufacturer Ingersoll-Rand as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Baldor Brand D2010P in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Daito-Mfg.-Co. such as DTMT120190 equipment made by Daito-Mfg.-Co. have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Daito-Mfg.-Co. products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Daito-Mfg.-Co." in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available DH038030E4B02 made by Sony as well as the popular DRS71M4BE1HFFG original spares produced by Sew Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CI6D34FT1 by Leeson and DTMT120190 spares by Daito-Mfg.-Co. are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original CM233XE00146 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Parker. |
