COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Mead Fluid Dynamics HD1-250X5-FB parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Metropolitan-Lighting products, including obsoleted and phased-out Micro parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Microswitch product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Metropolitan-Lighting such as the N9109 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MC100MA manufactured by Micro and we are pleased to be able to service most Micro systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature FEMLS10A10AT2 by Manufacturer Microswitch as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Mikron Brand LCD120193 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Middex such as WKR2290 equipment made by Middex have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Middex products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Middex" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 7748702 made by Metropolitan-Lighting as well as the popular N561ABZ original spares produced by Metropolitan-Lighting Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CHAR by Mge-Ups-Systems and WKR2290 spares by Middex are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 7105258B Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Metropolitan-Lighting. |
