COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Mdrive Apex Dynamics Tolomatic Mdl1FRL23A7 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Minarik products, including obsoleted and phased-out Measurement parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Micromatic-Rotac product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Minarik such as the RG100UC spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 86A3R000000015PA manufactured by Measurement and we are pleased to be able to service most Measurement systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature LP241V by Manufacturer Micromatic-Rotac as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Microswitch Brand 9303003 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Menziken such as 811902 equipment made by Menziken have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Menziken products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Menziken" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available A74B3N0325200000100N440 made by Miller-Fluid-Power as well as the popular N6245355 original spares produced by Metropolitan-Lighting Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 230315 by Megger and 811902 spares by Menziken are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 2300FD4 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Metso. |
