COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Mbb Gelmo Gelma MMI-1 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Megadyne products, including obsoleted and phased-out Mikrap parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Metropolitan-Lighting product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Megadyne such as the 5520C0003 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 10471 manufactured by Mikrap and we are pleased to be able to service most Mikrap systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature N6611613 by Manufacturer Metropolitan-Lighting as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Mgp-Instruments Brand RTM in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Metronix such as APDVS15N equipment made by Metronix have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Metronix products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Metronix" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available N65772 made by Metropolitan-Lighting as well as the popular CMF025M314NU original spares produced by Micro-Motion Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the HCCTL by Mce and APDVS15N spares by Metronix are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 2156A01 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Microwave-Data. |
