COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Maxon Motor 44.060.000-00.09-071 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Minebea products, including obsoleted and phased-out Screen parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Bodine product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Minebea such as the 34PMC10109 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 2VC19089 manufactured by Screen and we are pleased to be able to service most Screen systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 34R6BFCIW by Manufacturer Bodine as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Baldor Brand 35L100T886H1 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Baumuller such as 26018099211857 equipment made by Baumuller have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Baumuller products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Baumuller" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 35S30R made by Baldor as well as the popular 3HAC17484800 original spares produced by Abb Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 4106221270 by Nachi and 26018099211857 spares by Baumuller are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 33200B210HP1800215TC Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Elprom-Motors. |
